The Challenges.
Aedis Homes, based in Essex, had visions of a slick online property portfolio that was both unconventional yet right for the target audience and market.
It was our challenge to help Aedis Homes create a unique desktop and mobile experience for a rapidly expanding housing development company. Their new website need to showcase their current portfolio. As well as, demonstrating their extensive knowledge of the complexities of the planning system, along with a proven expertise in land procurement.
The Results.
The main challenge when approaching this project was striking a fine balance between its proposed audacious visual impact (requirements of the client) and the practicality of its main function (navigation for the end-user).
Hands Digital crafted a smart navigation system where users could easily access key information of each development. Showcasing their properties through a gallery, the development pages also needed to present the technical specification and key features of the build.
