Because our scoping is thorough, initial concepts are usually close to the mark. After the first presentation, we include a few rounds of changes. Once the design is 100% signed off, we move to development. Changes requested after sign-off may incur additional costs.

Once the homepage is approved and in development, you'll continue working with the designer on internal page designs. We supply desktop and mobile visuals before moving pages into development.

All sites are fully content-manageable, so you have full ability to add content yourself. If you prefer, we can populate content and images for you. Our proposal will outline costs and responsibilities for both approaches.

Upon full payment, you own the finished site files and design assets.

At go-live, we provide handover training so you can manage the site confidently. We also offer ongoing maintenance & support for updates, security and small improvements, and we can upload or edit content on your behalf.

We price based on scope and complexity. During discovery we map your sitemap and required page templates/features, then provide a clear, fixed proposal.

We do not use pre-built themes or existing website templates; every site is a bespoke build on a vanilla WordPress framework. Our website creations are shaped around your content and goals, never the other way around.
