We typically recommend Plan 3 for smaller service or portfolio sites, Plan 6 for blogs and eCommerce sites and Plan 12 for high-traffic or business-critical websites. If you're unsure, we're happy to recommend the most suitable option based on your setup and goals.

What happens if my website goes down or gets hacked?

Our 24/7 monitoring alerts us to downtime or security issues. If you're on a Plan 6 or Plan 12, emergency support is included. For Plan 3 clients, emergency work is available at our hourly rate and we'll act quickly to resolve any issues.

Do your care plans include SEO or content updates?

Basic care plans focus on performance, stability and security. However, Plan 6 and Plan 12 include content management and Plan 12 also includes tailored recommendations to support ongoing performance. For full SEO campaigns, we recommend pairing with one of our SEO packages.

Can I request support outside of my allocated monthly hours?

Yes. If you need additional support outside your plan's included hours, we offer hourly rates or can recommend a temporary upgrade. We'll always discuss options with you before going ahead with extra work.

What kind of technical optimisation do you perform?

Can unused support hours be rolled over into the next month?

In order to keep our support consistent and predictable, unused hours do not roll over. However, if you're regularly underusing your time, we'll work with you to adjust your plan or suggest a more flexible solution.

How do you track and report the time spent on support?

All support hours are tracked transparently using Google Drive sheet. We provide a breakdown of time used, tasks completed and any key recommendations. So you always know where your time has gone.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

Yes, we offer flexible plans with no long-term lock-ins. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with a standard 30-day notice period. We'll always ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to your site.
